• We are a Sunday-to-Sunday rental with a 7-night minimum from May through September.
• We have a four-night minimum in the off-season (Oct. – April). There will be a $25 per night fee charged at check-out for 4-6 night stays. This fee is not calculated on the booking calendar so it will be added to the final payment or before dates are approved.
• We require a 50% deposit to hold all dates and then the remainder is due 45 days before your stay. If your stay is less than 30 days out, it would be easiest for you to make full payment.
• When you hit submit, your selected dates will go pending. Pending listings will only hold for 7 days without payment.
