CHECK-IN TIME BEGINS AT 4 pm. Our cleaner will make every effort to ensure the rental property is ready by 4 pm. You will be notified as soon as the rental is ready. Refunds will not be given for a delay in check-in.
CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00 a.m. Please follow the departure instructions posted in the condo. Should you have any questions about departure procedures please let us know.
OCCUPANCY: Unit sleeps six.
AGE REQUIREMENTS: You must be at least 26 years old to sign the rental contract and gain entry to the condo. Reservations made under false pretenses are subject to termination and forfeiture of all monies paid.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: We do not offer travelers insurance for cancellations but recommend you purchase through a vendor of your choice. Travel protection that would recover rental payments under certain circumstances can be purchased through https://www.generalitravelinsurance.com/csa-travel-protection.html .
LINENS AND SUPPLIES: Linens and towels are provided and are the property of the homeowner. Please do not remove linens from the property.
CLEANING FEES: Should cleaning beyond normal expectations be required when you depart, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be charged a reasonable fee for the time it takes to correct the situation. The tenant agrees to pay additional cleaning fees.
WEATHER: Hidden Ocean Gem makes no guarantee for weather, beach, or pool conditions; therefore no refunds will be given.
MAINTENANCE: Please report any maintenance needs to the Golden Strand office. While we apologize for any inconvenience that a mechanical failure or utility outage may cause, we will not offer a refund or be held liable. Maintenance calls are always answered as quickly as possible.
NO SMOKING POLICY: NO smoking of Cigarettes, Cigars, Vaping, Marijuana, or other substances will be permitted.
NO PET – PET FREE POLICY: Having a pet in the unit will result in eviction and loss of all rental monies. Payment for additional cleaning or damages caused because of a pet in a rental property will become the responsibility of the person signing this agreement.
EVICTION: The owner reserves the right to immediately evict and remove from the property any renter or guest(s) of renters for but not limited to the following: Violation of the pet policy, occupancy limit, Smoking inside of the rental unit, Forceful entry into an owner’s locked closet.
LIABILITY: The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables by the Guest. By accepting this agreement it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
The person(s) responsible for payment will be required to agree to these terms prior to leasing.
